Refund & Returns Policy

Because all items are custom, made to order, and handmade, all sales are final once production has started.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, your order has entered production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the buyer

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations

  • Minor design variations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace your item only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

You must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Do not discard the item until we respond

If approved, we will provide a replacement (not a refund).
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Address errors provided by the customer are not refundable.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Any chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in account blocking and evidence submission to the payment processor.
